Information we collect

• Transaction information, subscription status, product selection, and billing contact details. Payment card data is processed by Stripe and is not stored by us.
• Configuration and customer-content data you submit to connect phone, calendar, CRM, messaging, review, or lead workflows.
• Technical and usage information, such as IP address, browser, device, referring pages, logs, and interactions with the service.
• Communications and support requests.

How we use information

• Provide, configure, secure, maintain, and improve the service.
• Process purchases, subscriptions, cancellations, and support requests.

How we share information

We may share information with providers that help operate the service, such as Stripe, Vercel, Twilio, HighLevel, Supabase, Google, email providers, analytics providers, and professional advisers. SMS opt-in and consent details

SMS participation is voluntary. When you check the optional consent box on our SMS opt-in form, you authorize Jobsite Closer to send recurring informational and promotional text messages to the mobile number you provide. Messages may include support replies, missed-call follow-up, appointment information, service updates, review requests, and occasional first-party offers. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Text STOP to opt out at any time or HELP for assistance.

Mobile information, SMS consent records, and opt-in data are not sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. They may be shared with communications providers only to deliver requested messages and operate the messaging program.

Cookies and tracking technologies

We and our service providers may use essential cookies, local storage, pixels, log files, and similar technologies to operate the website, maintain security, remember preferences, measure site performance, and understand usage. Browser settings may allow you to block or delete cookies, although doing so can prevent parts of the service from working correctly. We do not use SMS consent data for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Retention and security
