Terms of service
These terms govern access to the Jobsite Closer website, digital products, workflow templates, onboarding, and managed services.
Agreement and operator
By purchasing or using the service, you agree to these terms and our Privacy and Refund Policies. Jobsite Closer is operated by Hao Chun Yang, a United States individual sole proprietor. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Services
Jobsite Closer provides automation templates, workflow configuration, lead-management tools, digital educational resources, and optional managed services. Features may rely on third-party services including Stripe, Twilio, HighLevel, Google, Vercel, and Supabase. We may improve or modify features while preserving the material value of a paid offering.
SMS messaging program
When you voluntarily opt in, Jobsite Closer may send recurring informational and promotional text messages. Messages may include support replies, missed-call follow-up, appointment scheduling, confirmations and reminders, service updates, review requests, and occasional first-party offers. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
Consent to receive marketing messages is not a condition of purchase. Reply STOP to any message to opt out. Reply HELP for help, email suiyu.ty@gmail.com, or call +1 425-529-5457. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to wireless-carrier availability and network conditions.
Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18, have authority to bind the purchasing business, provide accurate information, and safeguard account credentials. You are responsible for activity under your account and for promptly notifying us of suspected unauthorized access.
Billing and renewal
Prices are shown in U.S. dollars. The lifetime plan is charged once. The managed plan renews monthly until canceled. Taxes and third-party usage charges may be additional. You authorize Stripe to charge the selected payment method according to your plan. Cancellation and guarantee terms are described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Your compliance responsibilities
You control the contacts, messages, campaigns, and business practices run through your account. You must comply with privacy, telemarketing, call-recording, email, consumer-protection, and advertising laws, including consent and opt-out requirements. You may not use the service for outreach to contacts who have not provided legally sufficient permission, harassment, deceptive reviews, discrimination, or prohibited content.
Customer data and results
You are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and permitted use of information you upload to the service. We do not guarantee bookings, revenue, review volume, response rates, or any particular business result. Testimonials describe individual experiences and are not promises of typical results.
License and intellectual property
Subject to payment and compliance, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use purchased templates and materials for your own business. You may not resell, sublicense, publish, reverse engineer, or distribute them except as authorized in writing. You retain ownership of content you provide and grant us the rights needed to operate the service.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access for nonpayment, security threats, abuse, unlawful activity, or material breach. You may stop using the service at any time. Terms that logically survive termination—including payment, ownership, disclaimers, and liability limits—remain effective.
Disclaimers and liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without implied warranties. We are not responsible for third-party outages or changes. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising from the service will not exceed the amount you paid us during the three months before the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so they may not apply to you.
Disputes and governing law
Please contact suiyu.ty@gmail.com first so we can try to resolve concerns informally. These terms are governed by applicable United States federal law and the laws of the U.S. state in which the operator principally resides, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Non-waivable consumer rights remain unaffected.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms prospectively by posting a revised effective date. Material changes may be communicated through the service or email. Questions may be sent to suiyu.ty@gmail.com.
