Refund & cancellation policy

Lifetime access purchases

The guarantee applies only to the first lifetime-access purchase made directly from Jobsite Closer by an eligible customer. The request must be received within 90 calendar days after the original purchase date. Email haochunyang@gmail.com from the purchasing email and include the Stripe receipt or order reference.

90-day satisfaction guarantee

After confirming eligibility, the customer chooses one remedy:

• A total $100 guarantee payment to the eligible purchaser. We may deliver this as a refund to the original payment method up to the order total plus a separate promotional payment for the remaining amount; or
• A $150 donation made by Jobsite Closer to an eligible U.S. organization recognized by the IRS as tax-exempt under Section 501(c)(3), selected by the customer.

The remedies are alternatives and may not be combined. The selected remedy includes and replaces any separate refund for the lifetime purchase and any Blueprint bought in the same order. The guarantee is limited to one claim per person, household, business, and payment method. A completed chargeback, prior refund, duplicate claim, fraud, or material misrepresentation is ineligible. We may request reasonable proof of purchase and identity only as needed to verify the claim and prevent abuse. Nothing in this policy limits non-waivable rights under applicable law.

Fast-Start PDF Blueprint

The Blueprint is a digital product delivered immediately and is otherwise non-refundable once accessed or downloaded, except where required by law. If it was bought with an eligible lifetime purchase, it is included in—not added to—the customer's selected guarantee remedy.

Monthly subscriptions

You may cancel the $197 monthly plan at any time by emailing support. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period, and access continues until that date. Monthly charges already processed are non-refundable and are not prorated, except where required by law. To avoid renewal, submit the request at least 48 hours before the next billing date.

Third-party usage charges

Telephony, SMS, email, advertising, and other usage billed directly by third-party providers are governed by those providers’ policies and are not refundable by Jobsite Closer.

Processing

We generally initiate an approved purchaser payment within 10 business days. We generally complete an approved charitable donation within 15 business days after confirming the recipient's eligibility. Bank, card, and charity processing times may vary. We will send confirmation to the purchasing email.
