Refund & cancellation policy

Lifetime access purchases

Eligible first-time customers may request the advertised satisfaction guarantee within 90 calendar days of the original lifetime-access purchase. To request it, email suiyu.ty@gmail.com from the purchasing email and include the Stripe receipt or order reference.

90-day satisfaction guarantee

After confirming eligibility, the customer may choose one remedy:

• A total satisfaction payment of $100 to the eligible purchaser; or
• A $150 donation made by Jobsite Closer to an eligible U.S. charitable organization selected by the customer and approved by us.

The remedies are alternatives and may not be combined. The selected remedy replaces any separate refund for that purchase. The guarantee is limited to one claim per person, household, business, and payment method, and excludes fraudulent, duplicate, chargeback, or abusive claims. We may request reasonable proof of purchase and platform activation. Nothing in this policy limits non-waivable rights under applicable law.

Because the blueprint is a digital product delivered immediately, it is non-refundable once accessed or downloaded, except where required by law or when included in an approved guarantee claim at our discretion.

Monthly subscriptions

You may cancel the $197 monthly plan at any time by emailing support. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period, and access continues until that date. Monthly charges already processed are non-refundable and are not prorated, except where required by law. To avoid renewal, submit the request at least 48 hours before the next billing date.

Third-party usage charges

Telephony, SMS, email, advertising, and other usage billed directly by third-party providers are governed by those providers’ policies and are not refundable by Jobsite Closer.

Processing

Approved payments are generally initiated within 10 business days. Bank and card processing times may vary. Approved charitable donations may require additional time to verify the recipient’s eligibility.
